By using Hypanthium software you agree that Hypanthium, LDA accepts no liability for any losses resulting from its use, however incurred, or for any faults or bugs that may be encountered whilst using the software.
The NNFX Algo Tester license allows the Licensor to install and the software for personal use on one or more devices. The software can be used on a single account or multiple accounts depending on the active plan, using the MetaTrader trading platform. For any license, the registered account number(s) may be changed unlimited times without charge. Prices and further details can be found here.
Once payment is received, the Licensee will receive by email an Activation Code (license) to enable the full version of the software. The Licensee agrees to keep the code secure and not to share, pass on, sell or reveal it to any third party. Failure to abide by these provisions will result in prosecution and immediate revocation of the license, which will disable the program.
Additional support
The Licensor shall provide to Licensee, without additional charge, all reasonably necessary written consultation requested by the Licensee in connection with its use and operation of the NNFX Algo Tester or any problems therewith.
Requirements
It is not the responsibility of the Licensor to provide any additional equipment necessary for the NNFX Algo Tester software to operate. The NNFX Algo Tester software requires a computer with an up-to-date operating system in addition to an installed MetaTrader Trading platform and a live internet connection to check the license validity and to function properly.
The Licensee may request a refund within 14 days from purchase. Refunds after this period are not allowed. Our Refunds Policy may be consulted here: https://nnfxalgotester.com/info/refunds-policy/.
We strongly suggest that you test the software before purchasing. Since the tester is fully functional in Demo mode, you will be able to see if everything works correctly on your own computer before making payment. (Note that Demo mode limits trades to a maximum of 10 in any single backtest and does not include the NNFX NEWS or NNFX EVZ indicators.)
NNFX Algo Tester IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY AS TO MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. THE LICENSOR ACCEPTS NO LIABILITY FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE. Any attempts at reverse-engineering or thwarting the license protection scheme of this software is prohibited. Any evidence of tampering will be investigated and may lead to prosecution according to all applicable laws.
HYPOTHETICAL OR SIMULATED PERFORMANCE RESULTS HAVE CERTAIN LIMITATIONS. UNLIKE AN ACTUAL PERFORMANCE RECORD, SIMULATED RESULTS DO NOT REPRESENT ACTUAL TRADING. ALSO, SINCE THE TRADES HAVE NOT BEEN EXECUTED, THE RESULTS MAY HAVE UNDER- OR OVER-COMPENSATED FOR THE IMPACT, IF ANY, OF CERTAIN MARKET FACTORS, SUCH AS LACK OF LIQUIDITY. SIMULATED TRADING PROGRAMS IN GENERAL ARE ALSO SUBJECT TO THE FACT THAT THEY ARE DESIGNED WITH THE BENEFIT OF HINDSIGHT.
